We are working in partnership with a secondary school based in Tower Hamlets who are currently recruiting for a Business Teacher. This Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school in excited to offer this opportunity and are recruiting for a Business and Economics Teacher to join their savvy department. Business Teachers will be enlisted to teach Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4, the school prides itself in offering supportive and encouraging ethos, to allow its students and staff to develop.  

About role:

As a Business and Economics Teacher you will need to be highly qualified and ambitious to inspire our amazingly talented young people to realise their dreams and potential. As a business and economics teacher you will need to be dynamic and high performing and be prepared for the challenges that lie ahead. The appointed Business Teacher will be totally aligned with many school values of Hard Work, Integrity and Kindness but mainly be completely committed to the mission of education to raise the next generation; to ensure that every student thrives in their chosen field and live a great life.

About you:

  • QTS – Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experienced of Teaching Science up to KS4, experience of teaching up to KS5 is desirable however, not essential.
  • Proficient communication skills: verbal, written and reading comprehension.
  • Passion for Business, Teaching & Student educational development
  • Open to Continuous Professional Development
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Business curricula and assessment requirements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
