We’re looking for an exceptional Business Teacher to take on within a vibrant sixth form college in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious educator to shape, grow, and deliver high-quality Business teaching across both academic and vocational pathways.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching Business across levels 1–3 (academic and vocational routes)
- Leading curriculum planning, development, and review within the department
- Supporting colleagues to deliver engaging, student-centred learning experiences
- Using creative and independent learning strategies to help every student thrive
- Maintaining high standards of assessment, progress tracking, and feedback
- Creating a learning environment that’s positive, inclusive, and full of possibility
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
- A track record of excellent teaching in Business or related subjects
- Experience working with post-16 learners (16–19 age range preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to innovation, equality, and student success
About the Setting
Located in a diverse and forward-thinking borough, the college offers a rich mix of academic and vocational courses at Levels 1, 2 and 3. Students are encouraged to create tailored learning programmes that combine A Levels, BTECs, and resit GCSEs in English and Maths.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
