At Protocol Education, we’re currently recruiting for Business Teachers across the Telford and Shropshire areas, for Secondary Schools.

We have daily, short term and long term work opportunities available with them and can offer regular work and excellent pay rates for Business Teachers.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that enable students to make progress in their learning

• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to help students achieve their targets

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers

• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and events

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that teaching and learning practices are consistently high-quality and meet the needs of all students

• Keep up-to-date with developments in the curriculum and pedagogy, and apply these to your teaching practice

Requirements:

• A relevant degree and teaching qualification, with QTS

• Experience teaching Business Studies at key stages 4 and 5 in a mainstream secondary school setting

• A strong understanding of the Business Studies curriculum and assessment requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers

• A commitment to providing a high-quality education for all students, and a passion for your subject area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
