We’re working with a vibrant post-16 provider / sixth form setting in the Middlesbrough area to recruit an exceptional Business Teacher. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious educator to help shape, grow, and deliver high-quality Business teaching across both academic and vocational pathways.
What You’ll Be Doing

Teaching Business across Levels 1–3 (academic and vocational routes)

Leading on curriculum planning, development, and review within the department

Supporting colleagues to deliver engaging, student-centred learning experiences

Using creative and independent learning strategies to help every learner thrive

Maintaining high standards of assessment, progress tracking, and feedback

Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where students can succeed
We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

Hold UK QTS and a relevant degree
-
Have a strong track record of high-quality teaching in Business or related subjects

Have experience with post-16 learners (16–19 age range preferred)

Bring strong leadership and communication skills

Are committed to innovation, equality, and student success
