We’re working with a vibrant post-16 provider / sixth form setting in the Middlesbrough area to recruit an exceptional Business Teacher. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious educator to help shape, grow, and deliver high-quality Business teaching across both academic and vocational pathways.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Teaching Business across Levels 1–3 (academic and vocational routes)

• Leading on curriculum planning, development, and review within the department

• Supporting colleagues to deliver engaging, student-centred learning experiences

• Using creative and independent learning strategies to help every learner thrive

• Maintaining high standards of assessment, progress tracking, and feedback

• Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where students can succeed

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

• Hold UK QTS and a relevant degree

• Have a strong track record of high-quality teaching in Business or related subjects

• Have experience with post-16 learners (16–19 age range preferred)

• Bring strong leadership and communication skills

• Are committed to innovation, equality, and student success
