Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Business Manager to join our educational institution. As a Temporary Business Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective business education to students, helping them develop a strong understanding of key business concepts, principles, and practices. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the academic growth of students while gaining valuable teaching experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons that cover a range of business-related topics, including but not limited to entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, management, and economics.
  • Develop and adapt curriculum materials to ensure alignment with educational standards and the needs of the students.
  • Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and technologies to create an interactive and student-centered learning environment.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, projects, and class participation, providing constructive feedback to promote learning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Address individual learning needs and provide additional support to students who require it.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in the business world to incorporate real-world examples into lessons.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • QUALIFIED TEACHING STATUS OR PCGE - EDUCATION DEGREE OF SOME SORT
  • Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong passion for business education and student development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and online learning platforms.
  • Patient, adaptable, and committed to student success.
