We are looking to appoint a business graduate to work within a secondary school covering Business and ICT lessons in the absence of the normal class teacher. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons to students at KS3 & KS4.

To be successful you will need to:
- Have skills in communication, collaboration, listening, adaptability, empathy, and patience.
- Hold a degree in Business/ICT or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge to be able to deliver lessons with accuracy
- Possess good teaching ability and strong management of large groups.
- Think creatively to anticipate and solve problems.
- Embody the values of ‘Achievement through Caring’.
- Contribute fully to school life.
- Have high expectations of yourself and be a role model to others.
- Be determined to play a pivotal part in the Business Department.
Desirable:
- Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to teach other subjects would be preferable.
