We’re working with a large, diverse secondary setting in South Gloucestershire that prides itself on being welcoming, inclusive and genuinely committed to helping every young person thrive. They’re looking for full-time Teaching Assistants who can slot into a busy school community and support pupils across a wide range of needs.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a caring, upbeat team supporting pupils in lots of different ways, including:

  • In-class support across a range of subjects

  • Small-group interventions that help build confidence and skills

  • One-to-one support for pupils who need a little extra guidance

  • Working closely with an established specialist SEN unit

  • Supporting EAL pupils who are new to the UK schooling system

Expect each day to feel a little different, with plenty of opportunities to grow and learn along the way.
