A supportive school is seeking a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to help a pupil manage behaviour, emotions, and learning across the school day.
You’ll help with:

Emotional regulation and behaviour strategies

Keeping the pupil engaged and supported

Working alongside teachers and SEN staff
-
Creating a safe, predictable school day
Experience in education, care, or behaviour support is ideal, but attitude and empathy matter most.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
