  • Helping to de-escalate challenging situations calmly and confidently

  • Encouraging positive choices and celebrating progress, big or small

  • Supporting learning in and out of the classroom

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting children with behavioural or social, emotional and mental health needs (school or care settings welcome)

  • A calm, patient and empathetic approach

  • Someone who can stay positive and consistent under pressure

  • A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential

What’s in it for you?

  • Weekly pay through PAYE – no umbrella companies, no hidden fees

  • FREE access to our online CPD Academy, including behaviour management and SEN training

  • Dedicated 1:1 consultant support from people who know your local schools

  • Opportunities across mainstream, SEND and alternative provision settings

  • Referral rewards when you recommend a friend
