We’re recruiting a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dedicated team in a South Shields SEN school where progress is measured holistically — not just academically but in independence and wellbeing.

In this role you will:
⭐ Support pupils with emotional, social and behavioural needs
⭐ Use positive behaviour strategies to build confidence and self-regulation
⭐ Collaborate with staff to create safe, structured and nurturing spaces
⭐ Contribute to personalised behaviour plans and reviews

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
