What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs throughout the school day

Helping students regulate, refocus and re-engage in learning

Building positive, trusting relationships that make school feel safe and predictable

Working closely with teachers, therapists and behaviour leads to deliver consistent strategies

Supporting de-escalation using calm, structured approaches

Encouraging resilience, confidence and small steps of progress
What we’re looking for

Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or complex SEND

A calm, patient approach with strong emotional awareness

Someone who can adapt quickly, stay steady under pressure and think on their feet
