1:1 Teaching Assistant – Focused Support for a Brilliant Child

Location: South Bristol
Contract: Full-time (long-term)
Pay: Up to £95/day, paid weekly through PAYE

We’re working with a lovely South Bristol primary school looking for a patient, kind, and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child who needs that extra helping hand.

The role is all about building trust, creating structure, and helping one pupil grow in confidence and independence. You’ll have strong guidance from the SENCO and class teacher, along with a warm, experienced staff team.

The role includes:

  • Supporting one child throughout the school day

  • Encouraging learning, play, and positive routines

  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals

  • Celebrating progress, big or small
