We are looking for an individual to work within a pastoral team for students with Autism or complex needs in an amazing secondary school . The role involves supporting students and class teams with behaviour that challenges, analysing and redirecting the behaviour in a positive manner, therefore we are looking for someone with experience working in schools setting and the ability to prioritise and plan a working day/ week in line with regular duties, based on input from senior leadership team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
