Key Responsibilities:
- Implement innovative approaches to support students' behavioural needs
- Demonstrate confidence in managing challenging behaviours and employing de-escalation techniques
- Collaboration with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
- Utilize strong literacy and numeracy skills to assist students in their academic progress
- Provide one-to-one support and facilitate small group activities as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in behaviour support or related field preferred but not required
- Background in sports or activity coordination would be advantageous
