Protocol Education are urgently recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our successful supply chain whilst working in a “good” and highly respected Washington based secondary school. The role is a perfect fit for those seeking to make a real difference within education and particularly the lives of young people and could be a tremendous opportunity for recent graduates particularly with a Psychology background.

Successful candidates must be patient and have a caring nature.

The role will involve providing additional support to small groups of students as well as the opportunity to work on a 1:1 basis with some learners and may also involve working alongside the main classroom teacher.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children in an educational setting or may demonstrate transferable skills from backgrounds such as sports coaching or tutoring.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
