With the help from Protocol Education a secondary school in Redbridge (Valentines) are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to strengthen the learning process and build rapport with students.

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be responsible for the behaviour and standards of identified students and provide support when needed.

You will work in close partnership with the Student Support Team ensuring that students conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.

The successful candidate must be confident with handling challenging behaviours and have adequate knowledge of de-escalation strategies.

Requirements of a Behaviour Support Assistant:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
