Behaviour Support Assistant

Protocol Education are working in partnership with a Leeds primary school, based in LS8, seeking to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant o work directly with students, improve attitude to learning, and manage behavioural challenges. The prospective candidate must show a passion and enthusiasm for the positive development of all students, support their needs, and help them feel comfortable at school. This is a full-time, long-term role, that has the potential to develop into a permanent position.

Requirements for this role:

  • Experience working with children who have special educational needs within a Primary School setting.
  • A highly motivated and enthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn and develop yourself further.
  • Full and Clear DBS which we can check on the update service.
  • Previous experience working with challenging children.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time position.
