We are currently working with a fantastic, supportive and encouraging PRU in Twickenham that are now looking for an experienced BSA to come and join their team on a long-term basis. You will be working in classes of around 5-8 students and with the support from the class teacher. We ideally are looking for someone who has experience working within the secondary field of education that has a strong background or clear understanding of working with students with challenging behaviours. In this role, no day will be the same and you will be helping educate them into adult life.

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong and resilient approach, be good at adapting to different needs and emotions, be willing to work with secondary aged students, available on a full-time basis and also be able to commit to the hours stated above. This role could be great for someone who has worked in youth clubs and care roles, who has a real passion in working with students in KS3 - KS4 and someone will be a great role model. Having a good sense of humour would work really well in this particular role.
