We are working closely with a secondary school in South Shields to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils who require additional guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement. The school takes a restorative, relationship-led approach and has clear behaviour systems in place.

This role is suited to someone who is calm, consistent and confident supporting pupils during challenging moments.
