We are working closely with a secondary school in Sunderland to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils who require additional guidance with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation. The school has clear behaviour systems in place and takes a relationship-led, restorative approach.
This role is ideal for someone who is calm, confident and consistent, and who understands that behaviour is communication.
