Behaviour Support Assistant

Do you have a positive approach to behaviour support? We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant for a setting focused on understanding behaviour and promoting positive change.

You will help pupils develop self-regulation skills and re-engage with learning.

Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted behaviour support.
• Support de-escalation and emotional regulation.
• Promote positive behaviour strategies.
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
