Rate: £90–£110 per day

About the Role
We are seeking Behaviour Support Assistants to work within a specialist provision supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs. The role focuses on providing structured intervention, promoting positive behaviour, and helping pupils access learning in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver behaviour and emotional regulation interventions.

Support pupils during lessons and transition times.

Implement positive behaviour support plans.

Model appropriate behaviour and social skills.

Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams.
Skills & Experience
-
Experience supporting behaviour or SEMH needs.

Confident, calm and emotionally resilient.

Ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively.

Commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
