Behaviour Specialist - Swindon

Protocol Education are working alongside schools in Swindon to appoint behaviour specialists to assist with the behaviour management in schools. 

The ideal candidate will be professional and passionate about working with children with challenging behaviours and SEND.

Position – Behaviour Mentor

Location – Swindon

Start – March 2023

Role Overview

-          Maintain high behaviour management standards both individually and throughout the school

-          Work with individual and small groups to assist with learning and ensure students are getting most of school life

-          Work as part of the wider teaching and school team

-          Promote school values and ethos

-          Feedback to parents, careers and teaching staff on updates from students

The Candidate

-          Strong behaviour management and confident working with challenging behaviours

-          Ability to build strong, positive and trusting relationships with students.

-          Determined to create a positive learning environment to enable students to thrive

-          Can utilise a variety of teaching methods to suit various children

-          Strong communicator, confident in both written and verbal
