Protocol Education Leeds are working in close partnership with a North/West Leeds Secondary school. The school are looking to appoint a full time Behaviour Support Mentor.

This role initially is temporary for the first 12 term time weeks, with the potentially of becoming permanent. The individual is required to work Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (there is room for negotiation of a 3pm finish).

The successful applicant will be working within a supportive behaviour and pastoral team to work directly with KS3 and KS4 students who are dysregulated and disengaged from their mainstream lessons. They will be required to have a nurturing but firm approach to learning to ensure strong effective relationships can be build with the students.

The role is to start quite imminently at the beginning of February. For the right applicant they may consider a post February half term start date beginning on Monday 20th February.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
