Behaviour Mentor (Primary)

A primary school in BS13 is looking for a Behaviour Mentor who understands the power of connection. You’ll be supporting pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds, some with complex emotional needs and challenging behaviour. It’s purposeful work that changes the shape of a child’s day.

Your role will be all about:
• Building trust through consistency and clear boundaries
• Helping children regulate big feelings
• Working 1:1 and in small groups
• Using restorative and trauma-informed approaches
• Supporting teachers to keep learning moving forward

If you’ve worked in SEMH, youth work, sports coaching or alternative provision, you’ll fit right in.
