Behaviour Mentor – Secondary School

£90 to £115 per day

If you’re the kind of person students naturally warm to, this role will suit you perfectly. A Northumberland secondary school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor who can support pupils with emotional regulation, confidence building, and positive routines.

Your role
• Supporting pupils during lessons, social times and transitions
• Helping students reset after tricky moments
• Developing positive strategies with pastoral teams
• Being a consistent, trusted adult in their day

You’ll bring
• Empathy and resilience
• Experience working with young people
• A calm, solution-focused approach
• An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
