Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young individuals? We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join our dynamic team in Enfield. If you have the skills to support students facing behavioural challenges and a commitment to fostering positive change, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to support students' behavioural and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Monitor and track students' progress, providing regular feedback to relevant management.
Requirements:
- A valid DBS check and registration with the update service, or the willingness to obtain one.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive and patient approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with students with behavioural challenges is an advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the schools and may be asked to participate in a trial lesson, working alongside students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
