Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and flexible individual for the role of Behaviour Mentor to work in a pupil referral provision.

As a crucial member of the Behaviour & Inclusion Team, the Behaviour Mentor will play a key role in providing support for students facing social, emotional, and/or behavioural challenges. This role involves helping students overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside of school, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  Provide one-on-one mentoring and support for students with behavioural challenges.
Develop and implement personalised strategies to address behavioural issues.
 ️ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create and implement support plans.
Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to relevant management.

Qualifications:
Relevant degree or qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with students with behavioural challenges is an advantage.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
