Behaviour & Wellbeing Mentor – Sunderland (Driver Required)

A brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working with pupils who’ve found school challenging. You’ll support emotional regulation, behaviour routines and social skills across multiple school sites.

Your role will include:
• Supporting pupils 1:1 with behaviour, anxiety or confidence
• Travelling between sites, providing consistent support
• Using positive behaviour strategies and restorative practice
• Helping pupils reset after tricky moments and re-engage with learning

You’ll bring:
• Experience in care, youth work or behaviour support
• A clean driving licence
• Strong resilience and relationship-building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
