We’re looking for warm, reliable Teaching Assistants to join our bank staff in Southwark—ready to jump in and support local primary schools when needed. You’ll be the friendly face that saves the day, helping out with classroom learning, 1:1 support, or wherever your skills are most needed.
Great for experienced TAs looking to reduce their hours—or for those dipping a toe into school life for the first time.
What You’ll Do:

Support teachers and pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

Offer general classroom support or work 1:1 with pupils

Bring positive energy, flexibility, and a can-do attitude

Adapt to different settings with confidence and care
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with primary-aged children (in schools, clubs, or childcare)

A valid DBS on the Update Service (or be happy to apply)

Flexibility to work at least 2 days a week

Calm, caring approach with strong communication skills
