We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism in a warm, welcoming school where inclusion isn’t just a policy - it’s a practice.

You’ll help pupils build confidence, manage routines and celebrate every small win. Expect a supportive team, great resources and a workplace that values your compassion and skill.

You’ll need:

  • Experience working with children with autism or additional needs

  • A flexible, caring attitude and good sense of humour

  • Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in education or childcare

We’ll offer training, weekly pay and a consultant who knows the SEND world inside out.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
