This full-time role ensures ongoing support for students with complex needs on the autism spectrum, providing stability and care throughout the academic year.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Students: Work directly with students with autism, offering support both individually and in group settings.
  • Assist in the Classroom: Help students with their classwork and daily activities, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated.
  • Manage Behaviors: Implement behavior management strategies to guide students effectively.
  • Facilitate Daily Routines: Assist students in navigating their daily schedules and routines.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Partner with teachers and other staff to develop and implement personalized Education Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
