Autism Support Assistant
Are you passionate about supporting learners with autism to access education confidently? We are recruiting an Autism Support Assistant for a specialist setting that values structure, communication and emotional regulation.
You will support learners to engage with learning, manage sensory needs and build independence in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group autism support.
• Support communication, routines and transitions.
• Implement sensory and visual support strategies.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

• Calm, patient and consistent approach.
• Understanding of autism and neurodiversity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
