We’re working with a friendly mainstream primary school that has a brilliant Additional Resource Provision supporting pupils with autism. The ARP sits alongside the main school, offering the best of both worlds, specialist support with a strong sense of belonging.

The school is looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant who’s lively, engaging, and ready to be part of something special.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils with autism in the ARP 

  • Helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn

  • Using structure, routine, and a good dose of creativity to support learning and regulation

  • Working closely with teachers, SEND staff, and therapists as part of a tight-knit team

  • Celebrating the small wins, because they matter more than you think

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
