The role
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and ambitious leader to step into a key senior role, providing strategic leadership across a thriving Commerce Faculty.
You’ll lead a talented and committed team spanning Maths, Business, ICT, and related disciplines, shaping curriculum, driving standards, and supporting staff to do their best work. You’ll be part of a supportive senior leadership team that values collaboration, consistency, and calm classrooms.

Essential skills and attributes

Strong awareness of safeguarding and child protection, with up-to-date training or a willingness to complete it
