We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large and vibrant junior school in Slough to recruit an ASD specialist learning support assistant, to work as part of the SEND team supporting children 1:1 and within groups who have a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

This role is for an ASAP or January start, so there is some flexibility for the right applicant.

The school are looking for someone who has experienced and knowledge of supporting children with SEND especially ASD and ASC, who can bring these strategies to a Primary setting.

You will need to be available to work 8.30-3.45 Monday -Friday, term time only.

Initially offered as a temp agency contract, there is the potential for it to extend into a longer term or permanent role in future.  You will need to be in a position to accept this type of contract, and be available to trial and interview ASAP.

As you will need to be registered with our agency to be able to be put forward, be aware you will be required to provide most recent employment references and have or be willing to put through a DBS on the online update service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
