Protocol Education are currently recruiting for ASC Support Worker to work with children aged 11-16 with Autism.

As part of your role you will work with children with ASC. The students are identified as having a statement of an educational need or an Educational, health and care plan (EHCP).  As an ASC support worker, you will support every child to develop their self-esteem, achieve appropriate and challenging personal targets and develop an enthusiasm.

 The ideal candidate will be professional, passionate about SEND and supporting children with additional needs and being fully able to adapt themselves to meet each individual needs, including excellent behaviour management.
