Protocol Education are working with schools across Bath and the surrounding area to recruit individuals with creative/artisitic backgrounds to work in a range of roles.
Previous experience working with children/young people is preferable, but not essential.
Working across the school, you can use your artistic background to help support students in all aspects of their learning. The artistic/creative characteristics and personal traits of individuals transfer over well into education. Roles that can be delivered are Teaching Assistant, Pastoral Support, Cover Supervisor.
Role: Creative/Artistic Youth Worker

Skill set: Arts background/degree/sensory or therapy background/drama background/degree/SEND experience
