Exciting Opportunity for a Teacher of Art – Starting September 2025
Are you passionate about Art and committed to inspiring creativity in young minds? Protocol Education is working with a forward-thinking secondary school to find a dedicated Teacher of Art to join their team in September 2025. This role is open to experienced teachers and ECTs alike. Candidates with the ability to teach KS3 Design Technology as a second subject are highly encouraged to apply, although strong Art specialists are also welcome.

About The Role:

As a Teacher of Art, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Encourage students to explore their creativity and express themselves through a variety of artistic mediums.
  • Contribute to the development of the department with fresh ideas and a collaborative spirit.
  • Have the opportunity to teach KS3 Design Technology if experienced in this area.
  • Be part of a committed team that supports both academic excellence and personal development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for Art.
  • Someone who inspires creativity and self-expression in students.
  • Strong subject knowledge, with an ability to teach Design Technology at KS3 if possible.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
