We are looking for an Art Teacher to work at a fantastic mixed school located in Weybridge, Surrey.

This is an rare opportunity to join a dynamic and popular department, in an outstanding School. Art at the schoolis renowned for its quality and diversity. Who are a vibrant department with teachers who offer a broad range of expertise: from 3D, Ceramics, Printmaking, Painting, Drawing to Photography and IT (Graphics). A familiarity with Computer Graphics, Film, Photography and Art History would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Art is an intriguing and fascinating subject. If you have the knowledge and are keen to share this with young people, then this teaching role in a popular secondary school will be of great interest.
You will be required to keep up to date with new trends and educational developments in the world of Art which should be used as a basis for your teaching.

Your passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject will help you lead the next generation of experts.

You must demonstrate:
• QTS or NQT
• Experience of teaching Art successfully at secondary level
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Art
• Flexibility, resilience and excellent organisational skills
• An ability to be a strong team player.
• The ability to teach Art the school up to KS4

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
