Lecturer, Animal Care, Health and Science

We are seeking a proactive individual to work in the Department of Health and Science specifically on the Animal Care programmes.

The candidate should hold a relevant qualification, experience of delivering BTEC Animal Science courses and ideally industry experience of working with animals.

You will be working alongside a highly motivated group of people who are committed to delivering a high quality learning experience.

Your duties will include delivery of theory based units, practical animal based units with the range of animals housed within the College and off-site animal experiences.

The post will be based at our Southend campus.

Experience of teaching Animal Care/Management from level1 -3 and Industry experience of working with animals desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
