Hours: 08:30–16:30 Monday–Thursday, 08:30–16:00 Friday

Looking for a role where every day feels organised and purposeful?
We’re working with a friendly Sheffield primary school that’s after an experienced School Administrator to join their busy office team. You’ll be the welcoming face of the school—keeping things running smoothly and making sure everyone gets the support they need.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing attendance, admissions, and school data using Arbor
-
Handling payments and finances via ParentPay
-
Supporting staff, parents, and visitors with day-to-day queries

Keeping admin systems accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a school office or similar setting
-
Confident using MIS systems (Arbor preferred)
-
A calm, organised approach and strong communication skills
-
Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, close-knit team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
