Administrator Required in Lewisham

Are you a strong and organised Administrator looking for a new opportunity in a rewarding environment? 

An amazing opportunity has arisen in a progressive and successful Academy Trust for an outstanding Administrator to join their team. If you are a rigorous professional with strong attention to detail and administrative experience this is the role for you!

Amongst others, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide a comprehensive range of high quality administrative support to the Governors across the MAT. 

  • Manage and develop procedures, records and administration, maintaining a high standard of record keeping.

  • Develop and maintain effective systems for managing and communicating information across all stakeholders.

  • Organise meetings and take minutes during meetings.

You should apply for this role if you:

  • Hold a Degree Qualification (preferable but not essential)

  • Have a strong attention to detail.

  • Are IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)

  • Are highly organised and are able to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.

  • Possess strong organisational, time-management and communication skills.

  • Are an enthusiastic self-starter and a natural problem-solver.
