Protocol Education are working in close collaboration with a secondary school located in Chingford, Waltham Forest to appoint an Academic Mentor.

The successful candidate must be confident and proactive as they will be supporting the schools pastoral team.

Not only will you be supporting students academically, you will be monitoring and analysing their behaviour using online behaviour management systems.  

Previous experience of working in an educational setting would be beneficial, however training will be provided to those who are less experienced.

The school is highly successful and oversubscribed effectively displaying innovative and proactive approach to school improvement, resulting in high levels of performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Maths and English GCSE
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Ability to work 1-1 and in small groups
  • Ability to work with KS4-KS4
