5-Day Guaranteed LSA – Behaviour & Emotional Regulation Support

Contract: Full time, long term, 5-day GWA

Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)
This specialist provision supports pupils with autism, sensory needs and social-emotional challenges. They’re looking for a strong, dependable LSA who can commit to a full week through our Guaranteed Work Agreement.

Daily responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with emotional regulation

Using de-escalation strategies during challenging moments

Building trust and offering consistent boundaries

Helping pupils access learning at their own pace

Working closely with the school’s behaviour and wellbeing team
We’re looking for someone who:

Drives and can travel between classes or nearby partner schools

Can commit to 5 full days every week, guaranteed

Has experience with SEND, behaviour or SEMH
-
Stays calm and grounded when things feel unpredictable
-
Is fully compliant or willing to complete checks quickly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
