We’re recruiting an experienced ASD support professional to work 1:1 with a child in a BS5 primary school. The role requires strong behaviour support skills and confidence in de-escalation strategies.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting learning in and out of the classroom

  • Managing challenging behaviour using structured approaches

  • Helping the child regulate and feel secure

  • Providing daily feedback to the school team

This would suit someone who:

  • Has previous experience supporting ASD

  • Understands behaviour as communication

  • Can stay calm and clear during heightened moments

  • Is committed to long-term consistency
