This role is ideal if you enjoy building strong one-to-one relationships and making a difference through consistency.
The school is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil who benefits from additional adult support throughout the school day. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SEN team, following clear plans and routines to help the pupil access learning and feel secure.

You’ll be:

Supporting a pupil throughout lessons and transitions

Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence

Helping adapt learning activities where needed

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
Experience with SEN or 1:1 support is helpful, but patience, warmth, and reliability are just as important.
