The role:
- Adapt and support with classwork to help achieve best potential.
- Providing holistic feedback to colleagues/team about child’s progress and development.
- Identifying areas of learning needs and tailoring lessons and interventions appropriately.
- Teach and assess knowledge/skills through teaching and learning in a creative way.
- Record progress and feedback in order to track development.
About you:
- Great organisational skills.
- Professional manner, good integrity & honest.
- Confident communication skills.
- Passion and care for childcare.
- Creative and intuitive – can think on your feet and incorporate your skills/knowledge in to the development of the child.
- A willingness to learn and develop as a care provider.
Previous experience of working/volunteering with children in an education setting is desired but not necessary.
