We’re looking for brilliant Support Assistants to work 1:1 with pupils in welcoming mainstream primary schools across Southwark.
Whether you're guiding a child through phonics or helping them navigate the ups and downs of the school day, your support matters—and schools know it.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs (academic, behavioural, or emotional)

Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to create calm, supportive routines

Encouraging confidence, communication, and positive learning experiences

Helping pupils feel safe, seen, and supported—every single day
What we’re looking for:

Experience supporting children (in schools or other settings)

Patience, positivity, and a can-do attitude

An understanding of SEND, or a willingness to learn

Someone who’s ready to step into a rewarding, full-time role
