What you’ll be doing
You’ll be supporting one pupil who needs consistent, personalised help throughout the school day. Every day will be different, but you’ll be a reassuring presence and a big part of their success.
You’ll help with:

Emotional regulation and behaviour support

Communication and sensory needs
-
Building confidence and independence
-
Creating a predictable, safe routine
-
Working closely with the class team, SENCO, and therapists
Who we’re looking for
Someone who is:

Calm, caring, and able to build trust
-
Experienced with SEND or confident supporting pupils with additional needs
-
Able to stay positive even when the day feels tricky
-
A good communicator and a reliable team member
Experience with autism, SEMH or communication needs is ideal, but transferable experience is also welcomed.
